Jaret has his BS from Upper Iowa University in exercise and sports studies. Before Upper Iowa, he attended Iowa Central Community College where he received his AA degree. Jaret has been in sports his whole life, playing baseball at both Iowa Central and Upper Iowa.
Park and Recreation Board
Our board members are a group of seven volunteers from the community who each serve renewable four year terms. Their appointment is recommended by the Park and Recreation Board and approved by the City Council.
