Baseball & Softball
Baseball is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of nine players each who take turns batting and fielding. We have resturctured the grades for softball this summer to allow our 7th grade girls the opportunity to play. We will be putting the following grades together: K-1 is T-ball: 2-3 is Pitching machine/Coach Pitch; 4-5 Minors; and 6-7 Majors. These changes are being made league-wide to better accommodate the change in players. The boys side will remain the same: K-T-ball; 1-2 Pitching Machine/Coach Pitch; 3-4 Minors; 5-6 Majors; and 7th Juniors. Preschool will not longer have the option to play t-ball. They must have completed Kindergarten to be eligible to play t-ball. We are making the move to start teaching them the game of baseball/softball with outs, innings, etc. For information on each level, please click here.
